Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. raw zucchini (remove big seeds if any)
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine
    oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and zucchini (do not beat). Stir
    in flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon (do not beat).
    Add
    pecans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in loaf pan.\tMakes two.
