Zucchini Provencale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 zucchini, sliced
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 fresh tomato, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    In a saucepan, heat oil and saute onion, garlic and zucchini for a few minutes, then add the remaining ingredients.
    Let cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender, stirring constantly.
    Serves 4 to 6.
