Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can yams
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 stick plus 1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Combine yams, 1/2 cup sugar, coconut, egg, milk, 1/4 stick margarine, vanilla and salt.
    Mix until smooth and put in glass dish.
    Combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar and flour and sprinkle over top.
    Put 1/2 stick melted margarine over sugar and flour mixture. Sprinkle nuts on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
