Zucchini Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 6 c. zucchini, cut in bite-size chunks
    diced onions
    butter
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. seasoned croutons
    salt and pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut zucchini into bite- size chunks.
    Peel and seed if old. Saute with large diced onions in small amount of butter until tender.
    Add Parmesan cheese, croutons, salt, pepper and beaten egg with milk.
    Stir until egg is set.
    May add a little sherry or dry vermouth.
