Ingredients

1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. flour
1/4 c. peanuts, chopped
Preparation

Beat together the peanut butter and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla and beat again.
Add flour; stir and then add the peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on an ungreased baking sheet.
With a fork make a cross pattern on each cookie.
Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until very lightly browned.
Makes 16 to 24 cookies.
