Mincemeat Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (9 oz.) pkg. None Such condensed mincemeat, crumbled

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In large mixer bowl, beat shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs.
Beat well.
Stir together dry ingredients.
Gradually add to shortening mixture.
Mix well.
Stir in mincemeat.
Drop by spoonfuls 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
