Honokaka - Swedish Style Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. wheat flour
    3 to 4 Tbsp. rye flour
    1 qt. lukewarm milk
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
    Mix sugar and yeast in a cup.
    Combine sugar-yeast with melted butter and milk.
    Take 2 to 3 cups of mixture and stir into bowl of flour.
    Let stand until dough doubles in size.
    Knead dough.
    Cut dough into chunks and roll to 1/4-inch.
    Let rise to 2/4-inch.
    Mark dough with fork and bake at 350\u00b0.
