Weight Watchers Stir And Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs; stir in oil.
    Add vanilla; blend in sugar.
    In a different bowl, blend flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add dry ingredients with egg mixture.
    Mix well.
    Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Each cookie has 40 calories.
