Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Ground meat
1 lb. Pork sausage
2 medium onions
1 stalk celery
1 large bell pepper
1 can Rotel
dash of chili powder
1 cabbage, diced
1/4 c. water
1 c. raw rice
Preparation

Brown ground meat and sausage. Add onion, celery, bell pepper, Rotel and chili powder. Add cabbage, water and raw rice. Mix well and cook a few minutes. Put in covered dish; add cheese sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
