Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
3 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Optional:
Use 3 cups self-rising flour and nuts.
