Sunday Sausage Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1- 6 oz. pkg. onion and garlic croutons
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
2 c. mild cheddar cheese, cubed
1 doz. eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a skillet, brown sausage; drain.
In a greased 13-inch x 9-inch x 2-inch baking dish, layer the croutons, sausage, and cheese.
Combine eggs and milk and mix well.
Pour over the cheese.
Sprinkle with basil, salt, and pepper.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Serve immediately.
