Filled Apricot Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. butter
    2 eggs
    milk
    8 oz. apricots, cooked
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, soda and butter like pie crumbs.
    Then beat the eggs in a cup and fill the cup with milk. Cook apricots until soft and add sugar or honey to sweeten.
    Let cool and spread one side of cookie with filling and top with other cookie dough.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
