What'S In It Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 c. pureed pumpkin or winter squash
    1/2 c. powdered milk
    1 c. wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    3/4 tsp. cloves
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in 1 cup warm water 5 minutes.
    Mix all ingredients except regular flour well.
    Add unbleached flour; place dough on floured board and knead, adding 1 to 2 cups more flour.
    Put dough in greased bowl and let rise about 2 hours. Punch down, form 2 loaves, place in pans and let rise until double.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
