Ginger Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lard
    1/2 c. black molasses
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix first 9 ingredients and add boiling water.
    Stir well. Bake slowly in large pan at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
