Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, sliced, sweetened strawberries, thawed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 2 loaf pans.
    In large bowl, mix together flour, sugar and cinnamon.
    Make a well in the center of this mixture.
    Pour beaten eggs and oil in the well.
    Stir until dry ingredients just become moist.
    Pour thawed strawberries and juice into a container.
    With slotted spoon, dip out berries and gently stir into mixture.
    Then add juice gradually, stirring until batter is of proper consistency.
    You may not need all of juice. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pan 15 minutes.
