Baked Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sea scallops
3 Tbsp. butter
4 sliced scallions
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. chicken broth or juice from 1/2 lemon
1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation

Wash scallops well and drain on paper towels.
Saute mushrooms and scallions in butter.
Put scallops in well-buttered casserole dish.
Spread sauteed mushrooms and scallions over scallops and top with parsley.
Pour on the chicken broth and squeeze lemon over top.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over all.
Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve over rice.
