Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients.
Put in custard cups.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Turn off oven.
Leave in oven until cool.
