Hawaiian Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar (white)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
8 oz. crushed pineapple with juice
2 mashed bananas
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Beat together the eggs, sugar and salt.
Add the oil and vanilla.
Add pineapple with juice, mashed bananas, coconut and nuts.
Sift together the flour and soda, then add to other ingredients.
Pour into well floured and greased pans (makes 2 regular loaf pans).
Bake for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
(Can be frozen.)
