Quick Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. water
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. buttermilk biscuit mix
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs; stir in water.
    Add biscuit mix and beat.
    Add mustard and 1 cup cheese.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and dot with butter.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Remove and cool on rack before slicing.
