Hobo Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. boiling water
    2 lb. raisins
    8 tsp. soda
    4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    8 c. flour
Preparation
    Pour boiling
    water
    over
    raisins
    and soda; let stand overnight (use a large container).\tIn the morning, add sugar, salt, oil
    and
    flour; mix.
    Grease and flour 6 (1-pound) cans (tall coffee cans);
    fill 1/2 full.
    Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Cut\twax
    paper
    for
    bottoms
    of can.
    Let stand 15 minutes after
    removing
    from oven.
    After cold, wrap in Saran Wrap and put back in cans to store or freeze.
