Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
    Add oil, eggs, vanilla, zucchini and walnuts and mix well.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
    They should be golden brown (cake test with toothpick).
    Can make ahead, double and freeze.
