Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. brown sugar (Twin)
1/4 c. honey
1/2 Tbsp. No. 10 sweetener
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. oats
2 eggs or 1/4 c. egg substitute
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine all ingredients with just enough water to make a stiff dough.
Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
