Ingredients

1 c. sugar (1/2 can be brown)
1 c. chopped dates
1 stick butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. broken nuts
shredded coconut
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Cook sugar, dates and butter on low heat in skillet for 5 minutes.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Cool.
Add Rice Krispies and nuts.
Press into balls.
Roll balls in shredded coconut and then in confectioners sugar.
Enjoy!
