Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/4 c. nuts

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Add strawberries, eggs and oil.
Mix well.
Add nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 3 small loaves.
