Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg and milk. Add bananas. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in nuts. Pour into two greased 8 x 4 x 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
