Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
1 medium onion
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. yellow cheese
2 scoops flour (coffee scoops)
1/2 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Slice potatoes 1/2-inch thick. Boil until tender.
Meanwhile in frying pan, melt butter; simmer onion in butter until tender. Mix in flour. Add milk. Stir until slightly thickened. When potatoes are done, put in long cake pan.
Pour the butter, onion, flour and milk mixture over the potatoes in pan.
Put yellow cheese over top, as much as you want.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden on top, about 1/2 hour. Absolutely delicious.
