Sauerkraut Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can shredded kraut
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. sweet onion, chopped
2 oz. pimento, chopped
Preparation

Toss.
Seal in refrigerator for 4 to 12 hours.
Toss again. Drain juice off.
Add a teaspoon of sugar, if desired.
Good with hot dogs, hamburgers, etc.
