Banana-Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 medium banana, sliced
1 c. shredded carrot
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease one loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; with mixer at medium speed, beat until well blended.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes until pick comes out clean.
