Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb.
    Let stand while mixing batter. Mix all together thoroughly.
    Add sugared rhubarb and chopped nuts.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pans and sprinkle with topping.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes in 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) greased loaf pans.
