Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
3 eggs
4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 c. milk

Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk; mix well.
Drop on cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
(These are a soft cookie.)
