Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. raw or frozen rhubarb, chopped
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. soda
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. nutmeats
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put into 3 small greased pans. Sprinkle on top 1/2 cup white sugar, mixed with 1 tablespoon butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
