Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped onion
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 stick margarine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed or fresh (I prefer fresh)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion in 1/2 stick of margarine.
    Mix all ingredients well and bake in greased casserole dish.
    Mix 1/2 stick melted margarine with cracker crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
