Bread Crumb Topping For Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

In medium skillet, heat olive oil. Add onion and garlic.
Cook 3 minutes or until tender.
Add bread crumbs. Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot cooked vegetables.
Yields 1 cup.
