Banana-Carrot Tea Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. mashed banana (2 or 3 bananas)
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. finely grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Beat the eggs well in a large bowl;
add the banana, sugar and oil; beat again.
Sift the dry ingredients.
Fold into the banana mixture.
Stir in the carrots and pecans.
Pour into a 9 x 5-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0
for 55 to 60 minutes.
Cool before slicing.
Freezes well.
