Aunt Mary'S Wedding Pilaf Tatorian(Bulghur Wheat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 red pepper, finely chopped
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    peanut or canola oil
    2 c. coarse bulghur wheat
    salt
    pepper
    basil
    pinch of hot pepper flakes or cayenne pepper
    3 c. hot chicken broth
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped Italian parsley
Preparation
    Saute peppers and onion in oil.
    Add bulghur and coat each grain.
    Add seasonings to taste.
    Add broth and parsley.
    Bring to boil and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Stir once only or it will clump.
