Homemade Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups flour with other dry ingredients.
    Heat milk, water and butter until very warm.
    Mix at low speed.
    Gradually pour in liquid ingredients.
    Increase to medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Beat in 1/2 cup flour for 2 minutes.
    With spoon, stir in enough additional flour to make soft dough.
    Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth while adding more flour (10 minutes). Place in greased bowl.
    Cover with towel for 1 hour.
    Turn out on lightly floured surface; roll out half of dough.
    Shape in loaf. Place in greased pan.
    Cover; set aside both loaves for 1 hour. Pour melted butter over and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until brown.
    Remove from pan.
