Easy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 frozen hash brown patties
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. dried chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. dried celery flakes
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. dried chives
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    In large saucepan or stockpot, combine hash brown patties and 2 1/2 cups water.
    Cover and place over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally to break up patties.
