Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten well
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Mix lightly.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool slightly, then remove from pan.
    Can freeze.
