Oriental Microwave Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large skinned chicken breasts
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (each breast)
2 tsp. soy sauce (each breast)
1/4 tsp. ginger (each breast)
sprinkle of garlic powder (not salt, each breast)
sprinkle of sage (each breast, if desired)

Preparation

Place chicken breasts, meat side up, barely overlapping.
Cook on 80% power for 10 minutes.
Rotate after 5 minutes if no turntable.
Turn over each breast.
Cook 10 minutes at 80% power. Rotate after 5. Turn over one more time.
Cook 5 minutes to finish. Pierce to check complete doneness.
Cook 5 minutes more, if necessary.
