Aunt Margaret'S Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening or 1 stick oleo
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 bananas (very ripe)
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. nutmeats
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Add first 4 ingredients, one at a time, and beat well.
    Add flour, soda, nutmeats and salt and stir with a spoon.
    Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
