Tomato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. tomato ketchup
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    7 c. sifted all-purpose flour (approximately)
Preparation
    Heat tomato juice and butter together until butter is melted; add sugar, salt and ketchup.
    Let cool to lukewarm.
    Sprinkle yeast on warm water, stir to dissolve.
    Add tomato mixture and 3 cups flour to yeast.
    Beat by hand until smooth. Mix in remaining flour to make soft dough.
    Turn onto floured board and knead until smooth.
    Place in lightly greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled.
    Push down and divide in half.
    Shape into loaves and place in greased pans.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
