Pretzel Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. butter
4 c. milk
1 c. water
pinch of pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
pretzels (added to taste or preference)
Preparation

Blend flour with butter.
Add water to milk and heat.
Add blended butter and flour to diluted milk and stir until smooth and creamy.
Add a pinch of pepper and parsley.
Break as many pretzels as you wish into soup just before serving.
The amount of salt on the pretzels determines whether or not more salt should be added to taste.
