Quick Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. chunky peanut butter
2 eggs
1/3 c. water

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients together and blend until smooth.
Drop by teaspoonfuls about 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
With a fork dipped in flour, flatten each round of dough by pressing a crisscross design on top of each cookie.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until light golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack.
Yields 4 dozen.
