Cornish Hens In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Cornish hens, halved
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. orange marmalade
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 Tbsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Soak hens in salt water; dry.
    Brush with melted butter and place, skin side down, in broiler pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan.
    Bring to boil over medium heat; simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and brush hens with sauce.
    Roast for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Turn, roasting 30 minutes longer, or until brown.
    Baste often.
    Makes 8 servings. Each serving contains 298 calories.
