Five Grain Quick Bread(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. 40% bran cereal
1/2 c. quick oats
2 Tbsp. wheat germ
1/4 c. corn meal
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2/3 c. skim milk
2 eggs
Preparation

Blend all ingredients in medium mixing bowl and put in 9 x 5-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let set five minutes before turning out.
