Ginger Crackies Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. molasses
Preparation
    Sift together flour, ginger, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Form dough into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
    Roll in granulated sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Cookies will crack when done.
