Zucchini Puree - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oleo
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 clove minced garlic
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. tarragon
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 diced zucchini
Preparation

Melt oleo in skillet.
Saute green pepper and onion.
Add other ingredients.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Puree in blender. Freeze in 1-cup containers.
Add to chicken broth or other soups when almost ready.
