Green Chili Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
    2 (4 oz.) cans whole or chopped green chilies
    1 c. cubed Monterey Jack cheese
    3 large eggs, beaten (egg substitute can also be used)
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
    Place in ungreased 8 or 9-inch pie pan, pressing pieces together to form crust.
    Seal well.
    Cover bottom of crust with green chilies.
    Place cheese on top of chilies.
    Mix eggs, milk and seasoning together and pour over top.
    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until eggs are golden brown.
    Serves 6 for lunch or 12 as appetizer.
