Homemade Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. flour
    1 envelope dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. butter (no margarine)
Preparation
    Mix 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt in large warm bowl (not too warm, room temperature; no cold draft).
    Heat in a saucepan the water, milk and oil until very warm to touch.
    Add to flour, etc. in bowl.
    Beat with mixer at medium speed for approximately 2 minutes.
    Scrape bowl.
    Blend in 3/4 cup more flour at low speed. Beat at high for 3 minutes.
    It will start to get sticky.
    Stir in remaining 2 3/4 cups flour.
    Will make soft dough.
