Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. oil
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    4 whole eggs
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    4 ripe bananas, mashed
    1 c. broken nuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and oil.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add sifted dry ingredients.
    Add mashed bananas.
    Fold in nuts, raisins and vanilla.
    Pour into 3 greased and floured loaf pans or 4 (1 pound) coffee cans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tested done.
